If upon delivery you find the product(s) not as per the description or in a damaged/broken condition, please inform us immediately via email to email@example.com within 48 hrs of delivery, in order for us to take necessary action. Otherwise the product(s) would not be eligible for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is under ’30 Days Free Return’ conditions, the 30 days would start from the date of dispatch, and would be 30 calendar days.
To initiate a return, you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your bank account details . You may be given an offer to exchange this item in lieu of some other product. If you do not agree for exchange, then in that case the return procedure would be initiated. Under return procedure, we would let you know when our courier would pick up the item from your place. If we are unable to arrange the courier, then in that case you would need to send the item(s) by arranging a courier at your end. Once the pickup is done, you would need to send us the AWB No. by email. Once we receive the returned items in good condition, the refund for the same would be issued to your bank account number only. If the courier was arranged by you, then the amount for the same, as mentioned on courier receipt or AWB no., would also be refunded. Refund would never be issued by cash or via credit on your payment method.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please check with your bank to get details w.r.t. refund. If refund has been issues on a credit or debit card, please wait for at-least 14 working days for refund to take effect.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
